Things I dont necesserily like

Im gonna list a couple of things that happen on a daily basis and get on my nerves.... please add anything that annoys you too. Interaction is needed.

1. Since when is it cool to write stupid messages on the back of a car window? (il majroo7... m5aawi il layl... maakil diyaaay)

2. Girls that think if you helped them out with something that you're sucking up to them, or trying to get their number.

3. People that cant stand in line at a queu, then complain that their rights are violated.

4. The Police.

5. Someone that can afford a 2 kilometer wall and his neighbors are wondering if they're gonna have dinner tonight.

6. Again, the Police.

7. prices ending with 900 fils ( 17.900 fils)

8. People that still rant and chant about the war.

9. Folks that sip coffee at starbucks - seef saturday mornings, just to show off to housewives and other shoppers that they work in banks and get saturdays off.

10. Other folks that sneak from their jobs and go to starbucks saturday afternoons to pretend they're bankers. (Honestly.. they're always there... usually BDF studs)

So I take it that's not your car I keep seeing round the back of Seef Mall with 'The Joker' emblazzened across the back window?

Hey great site although what's with the Mark Owen link? I thought - or rather hoped - that the guy had retired to the countryside to live with his 'wife'.

I assure you sir, thats not my car. Im crushed now... my nickname isnt that original anymore.

Mark Owen's albums are not bad at all. I just feel that we're the "take that" generation.. and shouldnt be ashamed of it, should we now?

Whatever Mark Owen's failings its between him and the few drinkers he's disturbing in the various bars and backrooms he's playing these days in Dusseldorf or Dubai or wherever.

The real evil one's Robbie Williams. Although the good thing about this guy is that he always presents a target even bigger than his arse, with lyrics such as 'I'm an honorary Sean Connery'. No you ain't. You're the George Lazenby of Pop - and don't you forget it on your current way down.

my take:

1) some 'students' that get scholarships to universities in Bahrain and they don't deserve it nor deserve to be on the dean's list.

2) people who get jobs in bahrain and they didn't get it cos of their qualifications or cos they worked thru the job process or educational process to get it, some didn't even take a flipping interview for crying out loud!

3) coporate firms that are awarded with titles such as 'best company of the year' or 'best lounge in the world' or 'most respected employer in the midde east' and they didn't even lift a finger to improvise anything or actually go the right way of winning an award/title.

And guess what, all of the above happened and still keeps happening just because of one word my friends, a word i recently became aware of and think it really is sad and not fit to be in anyone's dicitionary:

that's right dear, it is - "WASTAA"!
